what my cousin did was... she did a beauty thereapy course which was one or two years and then worked in a salon for only a few months. and then the opportunity arose for her and her sister to buy the business. so they did! my cousin is only 18. im sure you will get an opportunity when the times right.
just go about getting some qualifications first if you don't already have them.
